UT CIRTL F.U.E.L. Seminar Series
February 3 - March 10
Teaching & Learning Innovation will once again host their [teaching.utk.edu/utcirtlfuel/]Facilitating Undergraduate Evidence-Based Learning (F.U.E.L.) Professional Development Seminar. This highly interactive, 6-session seminar will meet virtually each Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. beginning February 3, 2021, and concluding March 10, 2021.
This series is an opportunity for graduate students and postdocs that are soon to be or are currently instructors of record. This seminar introduces participants to evidence-based teaching practices and equips them with a framework for growth throughout their careers. Seminar outcomes include completing a teaching philosophy statement and presenting a discipline-specific lesson plan that follows best practices for teaching and learning. Participants that complete the course will earn Associate-level certification through the [teaching.utk.edu/utcirtl/] Center for Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL). For more information and to register, visit TLI’s [teaching.utk.edu/utcirtlfuel] webpage.
This will fulfill a professional skills requirement!
