The University of Tennessee, Knoxville proudly announces Julian Cosner, a PhD student in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology, as one of five students honored as Tennessee Doctoral Fellows. Selected every three years by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and the University of Tennessee Graduate School, this cohort represents the second group of fellows at the university.
