Nourolah Soltani Poster Displayed in Pendergrass Library

Nourolah Soltani, a graduate student in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology, created a research poster that was chosen for display by Pendergrass Library as an example of the #BetterPoster approach. Sultan’s research poster showcased the impact of infection of quinoa by Cucumber mosaic virus on expression of genes regulating terpene biosynthesis is described in the poster. Soltani will present the poster at the American Phytopathological Society meeting in Cleveland this August. Meg Staton and Kimberly Gwinn, faculty members of the department, are also authors of the poster.
